QueryWatch is built by one person, so support is one email address and a human on the other end of it. There is no ticket portal and no chatbot.
Expect a reply within two working days. Deletion requests and anything involving billing jump the queue. When you write, the property, the date range and the screen you were on make the answer twice as fast — and please never send tokens, passwords or account credentials.

When can I actually install it?
QueryWatch is pre-release. The TestFlight beta comes first and the App Store release follows. Join the waitlist and you will get one email when the beta opens.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, running iOS 26 or later. It is built natively in Swift and SwiftUI rather than wrapped from a website.
An Android version is planned for four to six weeks after the iOS launch. iPad and Mac layouts are not in the first release.
How do the alerts decide something is worth a notification?
The relay checks your properties every six hours and compares the latest complete day against the previous seven days. An alert fires when the change is at least two standard deviations from that baseline, or at least 30 percent — both thresholds are adjustable per property.
You get at most one notification per property per rule per day, and each alert carries the numbers that triggered it so it still makes sense when you read it later.
I signed in and no properties appeared.
QueryWatch can only see properties that are verified in Search Console under the Google account you signed in with. If a client added you to a property, check you signed in with the same account they invited.
If the list is genuinely empty in Search Console on the web too, there is nothing to show yet — verify a property there first.
Can I connect more than one Google account?
Yes, with Pro. Multi-account switching is a Pro feature; the free tier signs in with one Google account at a time.
How do I delete everything?
In the app: Settings, then Privacy and data, then Delete all my data. Without the app: revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions and email us to remove any relay row.

How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel on your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, QueryWatch, Cancel subscription. Refunds are issued by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, because Apple takes the payment and we never see it.
Email us anyway if something went wrong — we can usually help you make the case.

About the app
What it does, what it costs, and what it deliberately does not do.
Is there an official Google Search Console app?
No. Google has never released a Search Console mobile app for iPhone or Android. It tested an Android progressive web app with a small group of SEOs in March 2024 and never shipped it.
The mobile web interface at search.google.com works on a phone, but it is a desktop tool in a small window: no push notifications, no home-screen widgets, and slow switching between properties.
Do I have to pay to see all of my properties?
No. Every property you have access to in Search Console is listed on the free tier, with no cap on the number of sites, and the free tier shows real data rather than a teaser.
We charge for depth, not for the number of sites: 16 months of history, push alerts, unlimited watchlist saves, exports and a few other things sit in Pro.
What does Pro cost?
Pro is $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. There is no weekly plan.
Payment is handled by Apple through your App Store account, and you can cancel any time from Settings on your iPhone.
Does QueryWatch store my Google account token?
Not by default. Your refresh token is kept in the iPhone Keychain and the app talks to Google directly from your device.
Push alerts are the one exception, because something has to check Search Console while your phone is asleep. Turning alerts on copies the token to our relay — our own server in Germany, not a third-party backend service — encrypted at rest, and turning them off deletes it immediately. The app says this before you enable anything.
Is QueryWatch made by Google?
No. QueryWatch is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. It uses Google’s public Search Console API with your permission, and Google Search Console is a trademark of Google LLC.
Does it track my keyword rankings?
No, and it never will. QueryWatch shows the average position Google itself reports in Search Console for queries your site actually appeared for.
Scraping search results to build a rank tracker breaks Google’s terms of service, so it is a permanent non-goal for this app. If you need daily SERP positions for keywords you do not yet rank for, you need a rank tracker, not this.
Why is my data two or three days behind?
That is Google’s delay, not ours. Search Console performance data is finalised a couple of days after the fact, for everyone, in the API and in Google’s own interface alike.
QueryWatch always labels the last complete day it is showing you rather than quietly presenting a partial day as a full one.
Can I try it without connecting my Google account?
Yes. Demo Mode runs the whole app on a bundled sample dataset for three example properties, including the Pro screens, with no sign-in and a permanent banner so you always know the numbers are not yours.
