Delete my data
Everything on this page works without signing in anywhere on this website. You do not need an account with us, because you never made one.
In a hurry? Revoke access atmyaccount.google.com/permissions, then delete the app from your iPhone. That stops all access and removes everything stored on the device. If you ever turned on push alerts, also do step 2 below so the server row goes with it — or email us and we will do it for you.
What there is to delete
QueryWatch keeps as little as it can, so the list is short. Depending on how you used the app, one or more of these exists:

1. Delete everything from inside the app
This is the complete route and takes about ten seconds.
Open QueryWatch → Settings → Privacy & data. There are three separate actions, each with its own confirmation, so you can do exactly as much as you mean to:
- Stop monitoring — deletes your relay row, alert rules, watched URLs and alert events from our server immediately. You stay signed in and keep using the app; you simply stop getting push alerts. Use this if you want the app but not the server.
- Disconnect Google — revokes the app's grant with Google, then wipes the token from the Keychain along with the local cache and widget data for that account.
- Delete all my data — both of the above, plus everything you created locally: client tags and colours, favourites, hidden properties, watchlist saves, saved change investigations and weekly digests. The app returns to the state it was in before you first signed in.
Server deletions are immediate and permanent. There is no soft-delete, no grace period and no archived copy to restore from — if you delete a relay row, the alert history in it is genuinely gone.
2. If you have already deleted the app
Deleting an iPhone app removes everything it stored on the device, including the Keychain entry — but it cannot reach a server, so a relay row created by push alerts would survive it. Two things finish the job:
Revoke access at Google
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions while signed in to the Google account you used.
- Find QueryWatch in the list of apps with access to your account.
- Choose Remove access and confirm.
From that moment the refresh token we hold is dead: it cannot be exchanged for an access token and cannot read anything from your account, whether or not the stored copy has been deleted yet.
Ask us to delete the relay row
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. Tell us the email address of the Google account you signed in with, so we can find the right row. We will delete it and reply to confirm — normally within a couple of days, and within 30 days at the outside.
Please do not send us passwords, tokens or screenshots of your Search Console data. We do not need them and would only delete them.
3. Cancelling a Pro subscription
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription, because we do not control your subscription — Apple does. On your iPhone open Settings → tap your name →Subscriptions → QueryWatch → Cancel subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple atreportaproblem.apple.com.
If your subscription simply lapses and you do nothing at all, the relay stops processing you immediately and deletes your row automatically after 30 days.
What we cannot delete for you
Your Search Console data belongs to Google and to you, not to us — we only read it. Deleting your data here has no effect on your Search Console account, your properties, or anything in Google's own systems, and that is the correct behaviour. To remove data held by Google, useGoogle's own data controls.
